Simple. Best Carb period, Yams or sweet potatoes which are very similar keep you lean, help you bulk up and even have precursors for hormone activity.

Have you guys heard of Jay Robb? He makes a product called Yammit Energy Nuggets and all it is is dried sweet potatoe nuggets and they taste awesome. It's such a convenient way to get carbs in during a meal if you're out somewhere and can't cook.
