Default Tuna/Peas/Cheese Grilled Sandwhich
This is something I kind of created, was more of an accident, but it's actually really good!

1 can tuna in water
1/2 can peas
3/4 cup of mozzerella cheese
2tbsp fat free mayo
Spicy Mustard to taste (optional)

Take the above ingredients and combine them in a small bowl. Take two pieces of thick whole wheat bread and butter the outsides of your soon to be sandwhich (the same principle behind a grilled cheese sandwhich). Pre-heat a small pan to medium and make your sandwhich, then place it butter side down on the pan and flip when brown. The cheese should melt up just perfect and overall this makes a kickass sandwhich.

Lol bro, you barely even taste it in there! I usually add in onions/peppers nowadays just for extra jazz. It makes about 2 good sized sandwhiches.
