I have finally gotten out of the mindset of only eating tuna/chicken/eggs/oats/yams...... I have finally learned that you can eat a wide variety of foods and still make great gains while keeping sane. Some foods i eat now are: Bison/greek yogurt/baked chips/organic poptarts/bagels... hell i'll even eat a lean pocket!.....

12lbs of chicken??? thats just sad!

To a certain extent your body doesn't know the freakin difference between most foods. Its all about hitting your macro numbers for whatever goal you have!

thats great if it works for you, but for those leaning towards endomorphic type that simply wont cut it. All foods are not equil just becuase the macros are. One of the main things i notice in your examples is that they are mostly processed carbs, and they are simply not as efficent forms of energy as complex carbs and lead to excessive spikes in insulin that will throw the fat on me like nothing else. WIth that said though, I am quite envious that you can eat like that and still have a lean and muscular physique.

i eat LOTS of eggs. Pretty much any time of the day. with cheese and salsa.

ive found when im training hard, bulking etc. i can eat a wide range of foods, i just try to stay away from anything thats processed or comes prepackaged etc. As long as i drive SHIT TONS of protein into me, i gain muscle pretty easily.
