Try dis:
2 cups whole oats
1.25 cups low fat milk (no skim!)
2 scoops of WPI/cassein protein (preferably vanilla, cinnamon, or something subtle)
1/3 cup splenda brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Mix, put in covered dish and set in fridge at least over night. Warm up in microwave in 30-45sec increments mixing in between.
Makes two man servings
Will keep in fridge for 3-5 days depending on temp and exp date on milk.
