I think that the day or two when you're starting out can be a bit rough, but after that, you never seem to run out of energy. It's not like your body's going to run out of fat stores while you train.
Downside for me is that you never get that "Mmmmmmmm" full feeling after eating carbs and having it expand. And fruits. Only fruits you can eat are like berries or peaches. I miss my fruits.
BTW do you have carbs PWO?
