its tough at first, but i dont get the highs and lows of blood sugar so no crashes. it also makes my viens pop cuz i hold very little water

I think that the day or two when you're starting out can be a bit rough, but after that, you never seem to run out of energy. It's not like your body's going to run out of fat stores while you train.

Downside for me is that you never get that "Mmmmmmmm" full feeling after eating carbs and having it expand. And fruits. Only fruits you can eat are like berries or peaches. I miss my fruits.

BTW do you have carbs PWO?

not at this moment all isolate and bcaas for me. when i run my nest pct i have neovar planned so i have to run some with that. im like a bottomless pit also lol

You mean that you can eat a ton? Since fats and protein don't expand in your stomach, you can really pack down the calories if you so choose.

no actually i take in enough fat that i can only eat 1 chicken breast at a time plus toppings. i dont get hungry but when i carb up watch out. i put it down

Just add more fat to your diet. Throw cheese on items, cook in EVOO, and eat small portions but more frequent.

Probably a little different for me tho, I can gain weight like no tomorrow if I want, but its not clean by any means
