Best damn homemade ice cream
8oz Half/Half
8oz Liquid Egg Whites
6 scoops protein
6 packets of splenda
1 Packet of chocolate pudding (no fat/sugar)
Mix up protein, splenda, chocolate pudding in a large bowl, be sure to stir all ingredients together. Slowly pour in the liquid egg whites, 1-2oz at a time, once mixed, then pour in half&half 1-2oz at a time. After all ingredients are mixed in, continue to SLOWLY mix the ingredients for about 5+ minutes, the mixture will slightly thicken. Place ingredients in sealed container, separating into 6-8 bowls works well to help with dividing up the servings. READ ALL FIRST BEFORE STARTING! However, after placing the bowl(s) in the freezer, hand mix the ingredients, about every 20-30 minutes until solid enough to serve. THIS WILL HARDEN UP, WHICH IS NOT A PROBLEM, LET IT SIT FOR 5-10MINUTES BEFORE SERVING TO SOFTEN UP THE ICE CREAM.
