Low Carb Brownie!!
got this from bb.com but modified it to my taste..
2tbs almond butter..or peanut butter (almond taste better 2 me)
3tbs heavy cream
3tbs water
1 scoop protein powder vanilla
mix in bowl, the pop in microwave for 30 secs, let it rest for 10 sec then nuke again 30 secs, if still really watery u can go 45 secs for a total of 1:15min
then i sprinkle Cinnamon and 1 spenda packet only when using vanilla,
