Deer bites!

First, cut your favorite game into bite size pieces, you can use deer, beef, chicken...etc. (i prefer deer) after you cut up your meat, take a piece of bacon and lay it out. then, get a jalepeno, some cream cheese and your meat and wrap it up with the bacon. Use a toothpick to keep it together. throw the bites on a grill with a little bit of tony's seasoning(cajun seasoning), let em cook for fifteen mins and enjoy!!

Cabbage leaves stuffed with:
Deer (cooked in beer and onions)
Greek Yogurt
diced tomatoes

Realllllly good! I'll have to try out your deer recipe! Love the stuff!

not sure... we didn't kill it... someone gave it to me! lol along with caribou and Elk! (good friend huh!) Anyway, any good ideas for a dear flank? I got one in my Freezer

I got a pig this past weekend am trying to find some recipes on how to cook it.

other than smoking or grilling it, i found this recipe. Its different, but i enjoyed it! may need to add some more spices to yours, i added jalepenos to the mix.

Yucatecan Wild Boar Potpie with Jalapeno Corn Crust

1 lb wild boar or pork shoulder cut in 1 inch cubes, seasoned with kosher salt and pepper
2 tbl vegetable oil or lard
1 cup yellow onions, cut in medium dice
1 cup seeded poblano chilies, cut in medium dice
1/2 cup minced garlic
2 cups peeled and diced yucca (cassava)
2 cups quartered tomatillos
2 cups orange juice
2 bottles dark Mexican beer
1 tsp ground cumin, lightly toasted
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Sprigs of cilantro for garnish

For corn crust:

1 cup plus 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbl kosher salt
1 tbl chili powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
6 oz (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup corn kernels
1/2 cup grated Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
1 tbl minced seeded jalapenos
1 tbl minced seeded red bell pepper
2 tbl milk
Mexican or conventional sour cream, to garnish
Tomato salsa, to garnish
