Yes I did last summer. I think on average I was only taking 8-12mg/day. Didnt notice much but it did improve cardio to some degree. I'm using it again (began today) at 20mg's/day for 22 days (its left over so I figured I'd use it).
It does tend to mess with my BP a bit but hawthorne seems to really help out.

Why are you using clen then?
Also, the study used a longer acting form of albuterol, which seems quite interesting to me. The half life is said to be 4 hours. For me it seems a bit shorter but who knows.
