Torem seems to be a better type of nolva. But I haven't researched enough on these yet.

I have only used nolva, and it works well. Word is that torem is a very good product though. I think I am going to give it a try on my next cycle.....but that will probably be awhile

May I ask why ? Nolva has the bad sides pertaining to libido shutdown and hepotoxcity but along with a great cycle plan its also succesful in combating certain types of gyno out breaks.

I actually dont know much about clomid and am very interested in learning more about Term.. can you provide a link?

Nolva has poor effects on hgh and igf-1 levels during PCT timeframes. Clomid is outdated IMO and very bad for eyesight. Ralox and Tor are more effective with gyno anyways

I feel tamox is the staple serm,if your running igf post cycle with it it shouldn't affect to much...regardless when i come off my sustanon i'm gonna do my post with torm.

Most people either a) cant afford to run igf-1 Or b) don't know how to run it, or even c) end up taking advice from people without the knowledge to give it and run PCT's that should have been much more than what was advised.

Tamoxifene is my SERM of choice.

It's cheap, it gets the job done, and I know 100% of what I am getting myself into. These second generation SERMs seem to be safer and better, but there's also not as much data behind them.

Also, this whole IGF suppression that everybody whines about when it comes to nolvadex is blown a little out of proportion IMO. It's only about 20% suppression. Prescription Strength AI's (letro, arimidex, exemstane) and Formestane will increase IGF levels about 25%. So this sounds to me like running an AI could pretty much negate it. I'm not really sure what the mechanism is, and haven't seen any data for other (more popular) AI's such as 6-oxo or ATD, so I'm not going to comment on those.

torem, then nolva, followed by clom

all are cheap and effective - just a personal pref, i suggest everyone try each and/or a combination to determine which you respond to/tolerate best.
