Alb is just cleaner, and increase aerobic capacity as well as anerobic. Plus the studies done on Alb doesn't show heart necrosis at all, as opposed to clen.

The dosage is really person dependant. Just like Clen. Dont crack yourself out. I still get the benefits on 12-16mg a day and dont feel like a parkisons patient.

I used Ketofene to go longer. But I never really go over the 4 week mark anyway. Those Beta-2 receptors like their breaks.

I made some assumptions/theories in this thread - Albuterol Study regarding albuterol dosing. I've ran it at 24mg/day for a short time and admittedly was not overly impressed.

Although I would agree its much better then clen in terms of sides. I'd like to try it in the range of 30-40mg/day to see what happens someday.

Yeah i have about 4 inhalers and have to see what the mg per spray is, but 12-16 seems better on the receptors and not to mention[which is always overlooked] the nervous system.

Sorry Ketotifen. I start at .5mgs before bed when I get to my dosage, and if I feel I am still getting to acclimated to the alb, then I inch my way up to 1mg before bed or so.

Those inhalers will give you about 1 day each in "equivalency." Typical albuterol inhalers are ~100mcg dosings with 200 to the bottle. That's ~20mg of albuterol per inhaler.

And good lord would I hate to be the fool who decided to pin research chem albuterol. You know that stuff has ethanol in the solution right? Burn like a motha fucka like you wouldn't believe, it hurts just thinking about it.
