Stay positive man, that sucks but I am sure everything will work out. A rep for them does post here from time to time, find him and shoot him a nice PM and see what he can do. Also though, emailing 3 times in 4 days does not help. As you said, if they are very busy, that probably won't go over too well if they are nasty emails. Anywho, best of luck!
