I agree with what you are saying, short term use is the most productive, provides a nice loss of weight loss and colon cleansing approach, something that epsom salt likely could do for a fraction of the cost. And yes, I also would not recomend this to ANYONE.It is far easier cleaning up ones diet, and sticking to a tried and true calorie counting/food timing method.
Only thing I beleive is possibly debatable (and I say out of pure speculation from my experience, which everyone has different experiences from substance use) is that it may assist in weight loss due to malabsorption. On the second day I ate some natural peanut butter because that was all I could choke down, and 2 hours later I had bile covered peanut butter in the can (yes, it is odd to inspect your stool so intensely). By no means would I consider this a HEALTHY thing to do, or an intelligent thing to do.
But, I did start my log, and I am going to finish it, and hopefully people will learn form this as I have.
