The only thing that PGCL is good for is if you use it for a couple days at about 50mcg, 2x per day to get rid of excess water weight. Use it for a longer cycle and your stomach will not be the same for a few months. I've tried too many things and this is one of the things I would tell ANYONE to stay away from. For your own good, this stuff is pure abuse. Stay clear of it.

I agree with what you are saying, short term use is the most productive, provides a nice loss of weight loss and colon cleansing approach, something that epsom salt likely could do for a fraction of the cost. And yes, I also would not recomend this to ANYONE.It is far easier cleaning up ones diet, and sticking to a tried and true calorie counting/food timing method.

Only thing I beleive is possibly debatable (and I say out of pure speculation from my experience, which everyone has different experiences from substance use) is that it may assist in weight loss due to malabsorption. On the second day I ate some natural peanut butter because that was all I could choke down, and 2 hours later I had bile covered peanut butter in the can (yes, it is odd to inspect your stool so intensely). By no means would I consider this a HEALTHY thing to do, or an intelligent thing to do.

But, I did start my log, and I am going to finish it, and hopefully people will learn form this as I have.

So weight is down to 228 today, still got the extra creatine weight on me. Starting to look lean all over, nothing impressive, just like I actually stuck strict low carb diet for 2 weeks then carbed up for a day. Still at same dose. Had a good workout last night, energy was great, still not sweating as much as normal, water intake is at least 1.5 gal/day.

Gonna try peg mgf soon right when Im done with this, would have ordered it today if the antichrist (wellsfargo) didnt fuck with me, so Ill have to wait till next week.

Colon cleanse and some! But yeah, malabsorption no doubt. I used up a few ampules months ago and found it impossible to maintain muscle due to the lack of calories actually being utilized. A long period of pro/pre-biotics, antacids, and digestive enzymes did the trick. But for about 2 months, I didn't even want to bother working out. I'd be catabolic 24/7.

Lol, the best way to describe it is having a hose full blast going down your throat with nothing blocking the way on the other end for a good 1-2 hours after a good size dose!

Ok, Im sick of crapping so much. Ive been off for a couple of days, and havent taken creatine for a good 4 days and loaded plenty of caffeine to piss out the extra weight from it. Final weight AFTER having a full stomach 233.4, down from 239.6, calipers read I dropped 3% bodyfat, and suggests I gained 2 lbs of muscle. I can say it does look like I lost ATLEAST 3% bodyfat on this blitz, and I can say any muscle gain is NOT from PGCL, it would be from the "other" stuff Im on now. My biceps (where i took 90% of my doses) are looking ALOT bigger, which I attribute to a more asthetic look (less bf) rather than any size increase. Just ordered some Peg MGF so im gonna try bi/tri/shoulder exp on that (yea i know its systemic) so Ill start that log after I drop another % or 2 so I can eat to grow while on.

Sorry to say that the calipers are not accurate with this case scenario and that the gains are merely water 'redistribution'. I had the same results. The bloat comes back worse in the end and with me, stomach volume looked worse.

How many days after you quit did you have that water issue? This is my 5th day off so far, and no changes after the first 48 hours.

I'd say after about 10 days, everything came back and worsened. My stomach was so wrenched from the pgcl, that i was on acidphex for 2 months. Couldn't hold down any food.
