PGCL: Fun times worshiping the porcelin god!
Ok, this is my WTF was I thinking when I got into this PGCL log for shits and giggles.
Started at 239.6, tracking bodyfat but who cares, eyes work better than calipers.
First dose 125 mcg, loaded by a friend who tried it earlier and told me "no, no sides, felt GREAT all day!" Well, I was a bit confused and was wondering why he didn't shit him self or puke. So, I tried 125 mcg, and drove home. Upon arrival at home i proceeded to shit 8 times in 5 hours. At hour 3 my friend calls me and says "so, you shit yourself yet?" So apparently he took it and didn't read much on it at first and shit and puked for 7 hours, and thought it would be hilarious if he told me there were no sides... hes got a sick sense of humor.
I'm on day 3, all my friends think I got something wrong with me for still taking the crap but I dosed down to 62.5 after my biggest meal, and down to 230.0 now. Ill increase the dose if I get a tolerance to it. I haven't noticed any pumps, or any visible fat loss although my readings are down a little. I'm going to take this for 10 days if I don't bleed outta my ass first and see if there is any actual fat loss.
Only other side is I feel tired as hell all day and don't sweat as much as normal, on clen and 25mcg of T3 too, which I was on before I started. On a cocktail of "other" stuff too, which has been stable for over 3 weeks, so I'll know where the results are from.
Ill try and post morning weights daily.

Lol... DNP is looking more and more attractive by the minute... Was gonna get some and crank up the T3 to 100mcg and run it for 2 weeks, but my buddy heard about how great it was and wanted someone to try it out to see if it was 1/10th as good as they claim.
So, down to 228.6 today, got a few more veins in the stomach and quads, but I'm sure its just lack of water from it dripping out the back side. For some reason I now LOOK FORWARD (yes, I do love experiments!) to stuffing my face with anything I can find and taking a dose and seeing what food looks like after being digested for only 1 hour... been throwing in cycles of lettuce, corn and poppy seeds so I can track how long transit time is.
In any respect, I have renewed respect for a clean low cal diet.
First few days I had no hunger cause I had heart burn so bad and was afraid of puking, so I would just sip protein shakes all day, now I'm crazy hungry. Think I only crapped 6 times from the last dose.
I am 100% sure by today I lost body fat just from malabsorption and calorie restriction.

Id be down pounds if I shit out all my food before it was digested everyday too lol good luck.
At least DNP and T3 are tried and true

Ok, this morning was down to 228, ate a HUGE meal last night and took another dose. Shart all night long. Decided to take a dose preworkout today, sat around and waited 20 minutes, and felt fine so I left for the gym and had the worst knots in my gut (didnt eat much before this dose, first time), got so bad I had to go home to eat something. That dose didnt do junk to me, just peed alot even though I had some food in my stomach from breakfast. Made it to the gym 1 hour later, and had massive pumps, cant say its from the PGCL though. My strength was finally "normal." Had more energy than all the days prior. This evening I looked like hell, got no idea why. My arms look bigger, but everything is flat and soft like I'm going no carb. BF looks like hell, but the measurements are still going lower.

Ok, been a few days since I updated. Switched to 125mcg x2/day for the past 2 days. I have to say, my biceps have been looking ALOT bigger. I loaded with creatine since my workouts have been dragging, so my bodyweight reflects the creatine load. Up to 230.0 this morning, look less bloated than last time I posted, and I dont think the weight will go up anymore (which is down considering the with the creatine, I get 3-5 lbs off loads). Muscles look alot fuller (creatine, possible site enhancement too) and I would guess I would be 226-227 if it werent for the creatine load. Did my workout last night and left for a snack after 90 min of cardio and took a dose, came back and it wasnt so bad working out with it since Im more tolerante to the crapping. Did an extra 40 minutes of cardio after and did heavy auxilary lifts on legs (squats were not an option lol). Only crapped 3 times at the gym in about 1 hour 30.
Gotta say, 2 of my buddies said Im looking way leaner, my caliper readings are half a percent lower then when I was down to 228, which I take as a grain of salt. I got a good 16 bottles left to go through, but im not using them all this run.
I decided to up the T3 dose from 25mcg to 32.5 and added 91.5mg of T4 last night (yea odd dose, and normaly I would skip T4). Plan on bumping that up to 48.7 and 137.5 after 3 days if my weight is not responding since my diet is really clean now cause I am more conscious of what I eat since I usually see it 2-4 hours later. If I get to sub 220, Ill prolly quit, think its possible in 2 weeks if I bust my balls, but I know its gonna look like hell if I drop it that fast.
I have to say, I do feel alot better all day flushing my system out twice a day like that!
