[Day 1]

Excellent workout today, worked out after I came back from work, gave me that extra energy boost I needed and got a decent pump, strength was a little bit high on the bench and squeezed out more reps. I didnt take it post workout becuase I dont reall feel the need to at all.

[Day 2]
Omg I got them tingling sensation so much today, it bothered me alot, maybe it did that becuase it was way colder then usual today. but talk about a excellent workout today, 20more pounds on my deadlift with same amount of reps and sets but the rest was the same, got a really good pump today also, I liked that alot, nice tight feeling in my biceps after doing back. Got some energy out of it but not a whole lot.

[Day 3]

Savage workout today like no other, I wasnt really pushing more weight but I did get that energy boost I needed and focus. 5:45 in the morning Legs and Shoulders day and im a home lifter and the garage temperture read 49 Degree's but I would say it was more along 45 Degrees (the thing takes forever to read temperature) sun wasnt up and it was just me and the weights. Ate a bowl of cereal and about 15minutes later downed the First Order, watched the rocky 1 scence where he wakes up at 4:00 in the morning and takes his morning run and that pumped me up. Went out there and killed them weights, First Order definitely gave me that energy I needed and focus to keep me on track.

[Day 4]

It is what it is! Haha, ummfor the rest of the week including today I have/will be lifting before work at 5:45 in the morning. This morning the First order definitely gave me that energy and focus I needed to go through them sets, the taste on all of them are really good, no complaints on them. Sets and everything about the same, no heavier weight or such yet.

Day 5

Savage workout in the morning, flew by the deadlifts with ease, gonna have to up the weight, endurance was good with them and was to easy for me. Energy was good, got me through my workout with some good focus. Tommorow I gotta wake up at 5:00 instead of 5:45 becuase I start work at 8:00 instead of 9:00, gonna be a good test tommorow for sure!

Day 6

Im so tired right now, 5:00 in the morning killed me, have no energy at all now, got a good amount of energy from the First Order and workout was swell. Shoulders and legs today, everything was the same weight, no differences at all, Squats took all of my energy and left me pooped for the rest of legs. BUt I did get a good workout in nonetheless, without the First Order I would of passed straight out on the ground haha. Now I gotta go to work in like 30minutes and work a 8-4! I fell asleep during my lunch break at work yesterday and came back 20minutes late, and I fell asleep at some park on the bench haha.

Workout was meh today and I gotta be pushing myself harder, or thats just atleast the mood im in right now, not satisfied, one of them days. I lifted at like 11 today becuase they didnt need me at work but tommorow ill be doing the early lifting at 5:45. Todays workout I got a excellent pump and more shoulder pain is going away when I bench (taking Animal Flex) and I was hitting little bit heavier and cranking out the same reps and sets. Triceps got a nice pump also, endurance was good, energy was meh today, maybe because of the lifting later on thing and sleeping in a little, woke up at 9.

[Day 8]
Another early before work workout. Took me some effort to get outta bed today. Took 15minues before lifting and felt like I was gonna pass out today doing deadlifts, I upped the weight by 20pounds today and it raped me haha. Got a nice good pump, endurance was good and overall solid workout. Definitely gave me that much needed energy I needed. It was funny at work today, this girl that is a coworker with me asked me if I took steroids and I mostly work with girls and then some other girls started asking me what I ate and what I could lift, one of the perks of lifting haha.

[Day 9]
Just got done lifting not to long ago, workout wasnt super intense today, the waking up at 9 and working out feels wierd to me, to use to the 5:45 lifting I guess. But workout was alright today, didnt skip out on anything and did everything good, 5more pounds with shoulders and legs were the same, got some good energy and focus, much needed for today.
