EST-NO Xtreme log - Football player
By no means am I a real strong guy for a football player but Im working on it, Sonny gave me some NO Xtreme and I figured to repay him I could start a log and post fairly regularly with how it is goin.
Baseline
6"5 - 315 lbs
Bench - 275
Squat - 385
Power Clean - 265
(these lifts are all fairly close approximations, we don't do 1 lift maxes)
I started the NO Xtreme this morning, with the dosage Sonny recommended, 2 caplets when I wake up and 4 prior to my lift. I will post later with my lift for today. Maybe Growstrong could help me get some pics up but we will see.

yeah im 5 on then 2 off...
I just got done with the lift for today. Didn't actually notice much except maybe a little more energy to finish the lift, but when I looked back it was a little better lift than usual. I don't remember my minor lifts but the major ones for today went...
Squat
6X245
5X275
4X315
4X345
2X365
Power Cleans
5X185
5X225
2X245
That's all we did for core lifts today. The other lifts I can remember: Box step ups, single leg curl, box jumps, pullover, hi row, glute-ham raises, and of course some curls for the girls

I have seen both ways recommended. I always plan on taking it everyday but I do miss. I am terrible at supp taking.

I am taking the 2 every morning no matter what, and then 4 on lifting days a hlaf hour before the lift. The lift went decent today but i tired out quickly, probably because i was working on like 4 hours of sleep and skipped breakfast to study for a mid term, but heres how the lift went...
High pull (clean without the rack part)
5X205
5X225
4X265
4X285
Incline Bench
8X165
6X185
5X205
4X215
3X225
1X230
Other Lifts: DB bench, close grip bench, dips, tricep pushdown, plate press circuit (shoulders), 4-way neck, and thats about all i think.

with the lower reps, I don't see you gettin much pump out of the products... I'd incorporate some mid exercise/set stretching, do stretching after every 2 sets, for 30 seconds, really tryin to stretch the fibers
