Alright boys, I am going to be completely honest here. During the last 5 months, I have not been hitting the gym on a regular basis at all, my diet has been horrible, I am the fattest I have ever been, and I am ready to lose a solid 15lbs of fat.

Starting Weight: 190.6 lbs - I straight up pigged out last night, so I anticipate this number being a bit high. Tomorrow I would be suprised if I woke up heavier than 188 lbs.

Diet Goals

2500 Calories Daily
50/30/20 ratio (protein, carbs, fats)

Workout Regimen

Mon - Chest/Tri
Tues - Bi's/Back/Abs
Wed - off
Thurs - Quads/Hammy's/Calves
Fri - Shoulders/Abs
Sat - off
Sun - off

I do not know if I like these splits for sure or not, any advice on that would be more than welcome.

I HATE doing cardio, so I won't be doing too much of it. Hopefully I do not need to as long as diet is in check.

Supplement Dosing:
AST Sports Science Multi Pro 32x - 1 Cap AM/PM
Fish Oil - 1g AM/Mid-day/PM
Fast Action Liquabolix - 3 Caps AM / 3 Caps 20 min before pre-workout meal
Protein Shakes 2wice daily

Day 1

Woke up at 8:45 a.m. and took 3 caps of Liquabolix. Hit the the shower, got dressed, and cooked two hard boiled eggs. Ate at about 9:15 a.m. Took one cap of fish oil and one cap multi-vitamin before leaving for the day. Took a banana to eat on the road.

So far the following has been concluded:

Energy: Energy has been alright today, nothing special.

Endurance: Not sure, havent worked out yet.

Mood: I feel alright, my head feels weird. Almost feel geeked out.

Cons: Well, like I said, I feel really weird. I do not know how to describe it really. And my stomach feels upset. Not to the point where I think I am going to throw up, but it is certainly noticeable. I feel like if I go to workout right now I would throw up. Hopefully this improves. Perhaps I should have listened to what the bottle said and only taken 1 cap to test my tolerance. I doubt I will be taking 3 caps again before my pre-workout meal.

Additionally, I noticed that at 6 caps / day (recommended dose) I only have enough for a 15 day run. It's going to be pretty hard to see any noticeable fat loss in only 15 days. So we will see shortly how this goes. Am I supposed to be taking this 7 days a week? 5 days on, 2 days off? If I keep getting the upset stomach I will have to go down to 4 caps daily. I guess only time will tell. One thing is for sure, I certainly FEEL this stuff. Don't know yet if thats a good thing or a bad thing.

Will update today after my workout, and post today's full diet.

I'd spread your split out more, rather than taking all those days off. If you want to take all those days off, then put them in between each muscle group, instead of taking the whole weekend off.

Taking saturday and sunday off is gonna make it that much harder to get back in the gym monday

Agreed. I recommend moving your shoulders workout to saturday and take friday off. I do shoulders on sat too That way you have a day off to recover, just like usual, and then monday you're ready to tear sh!t up in the gym again.

I have noticed that 2 as far as 6 caps goes I would def start @ 1 cap per day and move up every day till you made your tollerance ,
I would say take 1 cap in the AM (time) to start wait 45 min - 1 hour b4 you eat

I actually really like the looks of this breakdown, Hopefully I will have enough discipline to workout on sunday. I am going to give it a try. Thanks to all who have recommended a switch in the workout schedule.

eww, I hope not. The first week will be very minimal. If results havent been too good, I will throw in 20 min of cardio 3 days per week, and go up/down from there.
