Notes: Nothing new, but still feeling clean energy and have a nice mental acuity as well. Have moved up my second dose though so, not sure how much energy the pills provide during workout since I workout at 8:00pm. However, I will note no crashes have been felt.

Notes: Was able to take BX for pre-workout. Workout was nice and energized and wokred up quite a sweat. Focus welt solid as well, but had no impact on endurance...

Notes: Today was an off day, but had work for around the house. I was pretty energized to pick up all the dog poo and other chores I usually don't care for...

While I was picking up poo, I did get the chills, and I still feel like I am burning up as I sit at my desk...So, yes I am still feeling warm and cozy.
