I've found that 16 oz is the sweet spot for me when it comes to Assault! Perfect taste and gives me a nice amount of fluids right before my workout.

Overall:
As stated before.. my summer workouts were pretty lame.. maybe 3 a week. This was my first day back to the actual gym and wanted to just get the body back into a routine. By no means are these number near any workout numbers or
PR's. Not sure if anyone else that is logging
Assault or using the product has noticed a more “solid” feeling to your muscles. I've noticed that everything’s starting to tighten up pretty nice.
Sunday - I'll be adding in Bullet Proof to the mix!
