Default Trank Tearin' It UP with BIO FORGE!
I would first of all like to thank THEHUGE for giving me this great oppurtunity to log this product! This will be my first log and I'm pretty stoked to log it here at home.. LB is where it's at baby! Will be taking before and after pictures.. and hopefully post my current pictures tomorrow but for now I've got my measurements and stats so check it out:

As of 11/30/08

Chest = 36"
Waist = 31"
Left Bicep = 14 3/4"
R Bicep = 14 3/4"
L Thigh = 21"
R Thigh = 21 1/2"
Neck = 15"


Bench Press = 285x3 and 245x12
Squat = 510x3 and 495x8
Dead Lift = 485x10 and 500x4

My goal is to gain some strength and build mass. Strength picks up rather quickly so it isn't really an issue.. more of gaining some lean mass! Haven't checked my bf in a while but I would guess anywhere around 15-16%

Any questions you have holler at me! Like I said this will be my first log.. and I'm going balls to the wall with this one! Honest feedback of course and will try my best to keep a detailed log with my daily work out routine! Will be starting tomorrow so stay tuned ya'll

Work out was cut pretty short due to not waking up when the alarm went off! So I had to rush through everything so I could come home and drop the car off since my girl starts work early in the AM. Went fairly light today especially with legs.. other then that it was an okay work out. Already had some tater tots and about to go make me some eggs with my whey shake! Might try to find a couch in the house to lift on my back and squat some more.. maybe do some lunges that way I'm satisfied and don't regret the short delay on my work out lol I always find things around the house to lift no matter what it is! When friends ask if I could help them move.. I get excited! *shrugs* I lift shit all night at work so whatever.. my body's pretty used to it! All right it's time to go eat but holla if you've got any questions!
