I've unfortunately come to the last of my WF-1 bottle, and want to post up my final thoughts on this product.
As a sleep aid WF-1 is incredible. 9 out of 10 times it provided deep, refreshing sleep and knocked me out for the entire night. Nearly every morning I would pop out of bed feeling wide awake and ready for a new day. I rarely felt drowsy, which is so unusual for a good sleep aid!
My stress levels averaged about normal every day. I am not a stressed or anxious person as it is, so the fact that this supplement didn't affect me much in this area is likely due to my pre-existing low stress levels, rather than the efficacy of Women's Factor One. Other users have noted a great decrease in stress levels.
My gym performance went up drastically while using WF-1. My weighted dips went from 35 lbs to 45 lb for 4 reps in two weeks, and my squats went from 165lb to 175lb in one week. These are only a couple of the many lifts that went up. I really think that WF-1 helped with my recovery in between my heavy, full body lifting sessions.
I do not doubt that Women's Factor 1 has helped with fat loss as well. I've remained ~15-17% BF despite my diet being so-so, and my cardio being to a minimum.
I would definitely suggest this to any woman who desires better sleep, recovery and fat loss. It was very effective for me in these areas. One bottle of WF-1 has lasted me over a month, and the improvements I have seen would definitely be worth paying $40-$50. This is one product that I would buy myself!
