Default RA + USP Labs = ??????????

So, after arguing politely with Dex (the USP rep) about the effectiveness of P-slin, he said, "well, how about I send you a bottle and you try it for yourself." I agreed and will be logging this and giving an extremely detailed and concise log on it's effectiveness and every minor/major detail I can muster up, I feel I owe USP Labs AT LEAST that much.

Currently:

Height 5'9" (regretfully, I am not 5'10" like I always thought, my license needs changed as well )
Weight 189lbs (I am down from 222lbs, so ya, quite the drop from CKD'ing)
BF 11.6% (3 point calipers - avg.)
Diet: Cyclic Ketogenic ----> TKD
Training: Variation of High Intensity

For those wondering, no, a cyclic ketogenic diet is a POOR choice for P-slin, I will be aiming torwards more of a TKD (targeted) for this log. I will be using carbs preworkout only with my p-slin, and I will be using various forms to see which suits me best.

PreW/O carb ideas:

Oats
Whole Wheat Pasta
Whole Wheat Bread
Vitargo

Nutrition breakdown:


Sunday through Thursday-
2500 cal total (strict)
175G protein
200G fat
Usually ZERO carbs (literally) Exception will now be 75 grams of carbohydrates and a drop of 34 grams of fat. I know the effects the carbohydrates will have, and I also know that these should be post workout, please don't question me on this... lol.

Friday evening, post workout, I consume a few various fruits with my post workout shake. I do not officially carb up until Saturday around 1AM. I use 680grams of carbs starting from ~1AM Saturday until 1AM Sunday.

Training Information

I train in a very odd way, I do what works for me, and that's that. I have my shoulder injury to baby, so I won't be going heavy on much. I can do biceps/back/legs very heavy, but am limited on shoulders/triceps/chest. I am recovering, just very slowly, I will be working out Monday through Friday.

Supplement Usage

I am using a combination of things currently, I am cycling supplements as well, here's the breakdown:

Designer Supps - Basic Cuts / 4 caps per day
Anabolic Xtreme - Rampage / 2 tabs per day
Applied Nutriceuticals - RPM / split dosage of 5 caps per day
Palo Alto Labs - Reset A.D. / 2 caps per day

The opposite 2 weeks, I run

Clenbuterol HCL

Also using "Stopain" with 10 grams of Cissus dumped into it. lol

Monday 9/10/07

I will be utilizing "Whole Wheat Bread" for my preworkout carb source... I will be eating 2 hours pre workout and taking 1 P-Slin 15 minutes before I eat. I will workout as usual, note any/all differences, then take 80mcg Clenbuterol and do my cardio, which I won't discuss. I will be doing light chest tonight hoping not to aggrivate my shoulder. I will report back post workout with details.

Also you have quite a bit of supporting supps, do you think any of those will give you more of a boost that could be construde as the P-slin working? I havn't used a lot of those so I thought I would toss that out there.

Third, I didn't think you would be jumping back in the mix so soon with that shoulder man, I know you know your body, and you know your workout style....but man, make sure you don't re-injure that bad boy. That would really suck, and you would be out for even longer. I know being the overly concerned dude here, but seriously man....watch that shoulder.

No I am taking P-slin with what I have listed... I take no other preworkout supps or the like, it won't affect the p-slin.

I tried chest today but felt my shoulder starting to scream at me, so I went to the bar and watched the games with the boys instead... one pill wasted..

Tuesday 9/11/07 (workout #2 kinda)

I used 6 scoops of cytocarb 2 as my carb source today.

I went in and started doing arms... I noticed quite a few things:

1) Vascularity makes me look soo ripped

2) Endurance sucked, BIG time... 2 exercises for bi's 2 for tri's and I was burnt

3) Shaky, I felt like I was having a seizure man.. it was insane trying to workout while being this shaky.

4) Pumps were great, actually really great, but then again I was out for a while and returning was fun

5) strength was suprisingly just about where I was at when I left, so I maintained quite a bit.

I am wishy washy with my feelings torwards this product right now, we'll see how it pans out. The shakiness really pissed me off to be honest, because I feel I could have gone a bit more if I didn't shake so bad (Still shaking by the way).

Maybe back off the dose a little bit for a few days and let your body adjust to the product?
