Hello everyone, and welcome to anyone tuning in. Thanks to Kyle and Force of Green Labs for allowing me the opportunity to log their product G-Force. The main purpose of this log will to see how the product counteracts my anxiety, along with the other claimed benefits of increased cognition, decreased body fat, increase in lean muscle, and increase in GH and LH production.

I will be posting everyday around dinner time, and try to include additional postings each day with how I am feeling. I have never really tried a GABA product before, so am excited to see how my body reacts to this along with the other ingredients. I am 5'10 and 195 pounds, and am a fairly difficult responder to products so here is hoping to a successful experience!

I was going to start the log on Sunday, however I received the product and was eager to start so I cleaned up and applied 5 pumps total to my chest and shoulder area about 10 minutes ago. I will post some updates tonight. Cheers!

PACKAGING AND DISPENSING:

Had a little bit of trouble with the product, seems as the the cap fell of at a post office, then someone there pushed the pump down a couple times. Damn post office. However, it was completely out of Force of Green's control and appeared to be a minimal amount. The product came out very smoothly, did not have a strong odor at all to me, and rubbed in and dried very quickly. It has a brownish color to it. I was hoping for green to feel the force of green, but brown will do haha.

Ya, I talked to Kyle about it. He was pissed to but shit happens and it was only a tiny bit so no harm no foul. I'll also be very pleased if this doesn't cause a rash on my very sensitive skin.

DAY 1

Took first dose today, wasn’t right out of the shower so apologies. However, I was feeling very stressed out from a long week and my mind was going crazy. I needed to get out but could not be at ease. Put 5 pumps on chest and shoulders as previously noted, waited about 25 minutes and went for a run.

I was in my element on this run. Probably just placebo thus far of me thinking it’s setting my mind at ease, but I really was in the zone today. Normally when running, my mind races and all I can think about is right when I am hitting my wall around 1/1.25 miles. However, today the thought never crossed my mind and I ran 2 + miles at my normal pace without thinking twice. I came back and am currently very VERY relaxed. Will update later …

Excellent deal GR! Glad you are having success with the product and that you were able to enjoy your run.

If you ever use this product first thing in the morning before a fasted exercise session, expect a nice GH response along with adequate cortisol control. For me, If I were to utilize this product before a fasted workout during a cut, I would:

1. Wakeup and rinse off in the shower (2 minutes, whatever)
2. Rub on the G-Force and wait 3 minutes before clothing
3. Prepare a BCAA or EAA drink
4. Allow for 15-20 minutes tops for the formula to hit the bloodstream
5. Perform a calisthenic circuit and incorporate some low intensity aerobics in between (jumping jacks, etc)
6. Eat breakfast

**Sweating shouldn't be too bad with a fasted workout as the intensity should be kept fairly moderate.
