NIGHT 3 UPDATE!

welli had legs today, here is the workout:

ATG Squats:
135x10, 225x10, 315x10, 405x5 all these were with no spotter watching

Deads
135x10, 225x10,315x10, 405x5, 455x3, 500x2...i know it looks like a lot of sets but all the way up to 315 are super light and i just do them because i have to load the bar up so i might as well do some warm ups so i dont pull anything.

Leg press: plates per side
4pltsx10, 6pltsx8, 7pltsx8, 8pltsx8, 9pltsx5. these were close stanse and knees came to the chest, i dont half ass any reps or lifts of mine...no gain that way

Calve Raises:
three sets of ton of reps then i flex it after the sets.

that was the work out, i felt great today. i know that that doesnt look like a bodybuilders workout, i usually do some hammy curls and leg ext but i was so done. i didnt want to overtrain. after my leg press sets my legs were so pumped they hurt, no joke!

that sleep i got last night really helped me out today, hoping that total force just gets better.

Brad, awesome workout man! I never use a program anymore, I just go by how I feel. Keep at them weights brotha and keep the updates rolling in! Nice detail.

MORNING 4 UPDATESKIII

hey guys, umm slept good for the most part. Im skipping today so i wasnt use to sleeping in, so i would wake up ever ten min or so thinking i was over sleeping. but def didnt have bad sleep. i need this day off, ill be up late tonight and i have chest tomarrow so ill putt a lot of stress on tf to performe tonight so i can get great sleep.

thanks guys, no night update today because i wont be lifting today...everyone have a fun and safe night!

Do it up Brad! Keep on using the TF-1! As long as you get atleast 6 hours allocated to sleeping, you'll wake up fine. No doubt.

MORNING 5 UPDATES!

Ok well, i had a long night lastnight , and i had to get up early for work this morning so i only got about 6 hrs of sleep. But these weren't just regular 6 hours. i legit felt like i slept about 8 or 9...may sound weird but you just know the feeling when you get great sleep. had to work then lift right after that, had plenty of energy...TF def help me there.
