NIGHT 3 UPDATE!
welli had legs today, here is the workout:
ATG Squats:
135x10, 225x10, 315x10, 405x5 all these were with no spotter watching
Deads
135x10, 225x10,315x10, 405x5, 455x3, 500x2...i know it looks like a lot of sets but all the way up to 315 are super light and i just do them because i have to load the bar up so i might as well do some warm ups so i dont pull anything.
Leg press: plates per side
4pltsx10, 6pltsx8, 7pltsx8, 8pltsx8, 9pltsx5. these were close stanse and knees came to the chest, i dont half ass any reps or lifts of mine...no gain that way
Calve Raises:
three sets of ton of reps then i flex it after the sets.
that was the work out, i felt great today. i know that that doesnt look like a bodybuilders workout, i usually do some hammy curls and leg ext but i was so done. i didnt want to overtrain. after my leg press sets my legs were so pumped they hurt, no joke!
that sleep i got last night really helped me out today, hoping that total force just gets better.
