Diet looks good, you have a lot of protein coming from whey, is that personal preference or to make sure you get in enough protein? I would opt for more whole food sources if you could, but if you have a reasoning for it, keep doing it. Solid lookin pics too!

The morning scoop is just to get something in my stomach to settle it right away, the 2 post workout scoops are pretty standard I think, and then the last scoop with that cottage cheese and chocolate milk is something I picked up from my contest prep, just makes for a good bedtime shake, casein protein powder just rips my gi tract apart.
Obviously I'm not as lean right now as I was in those pics, I fluctuate between 215-225 right now, I was about 192ish in those pics. I'm a much leaner 225 now than I was during prep. I will put up pics tomorrow.

Gotcha. A lot of people take that approach and it works well, I haven't been using much/if any whey lately, mainly BCAA's, other than that straight meat sources for protein. Log looks pretty solid, be prepared from some water retention on the m1

Yea, I know about the water retention, I'm not too worried about it, if it happens it happens, the formestane should help with that, and then once I'm on P-mag only I should dry out again.

Yes, some of the water retention should come down, and it's probably best to keep the e-form at the dose you have it, even if you don't see extreme effects, as oversuppressing estrogen has its evil effects.

I think you'll dry up nice toward the end with the Form and PMag.
You might even consider running the Form in week 3 too. I'm pretty sensitive to AI's myself, so the Form/ATD combo wouldn't work that well for me. I get too dry and libido REALLY takes a hit when I dose 2 AI's at one time(even with Form). Something to consider.
Big difference in pics man!
Amazing what a shave and tan will do.

Lol, the only difference is a shave, a tan, oh, and like 20lbs.
I will keep that in mind with the AI's, I'm looking forward to formestane and seeing what it can do. I have trouble with joints and libido with ATD at 75mg, but once I get down to 50 it's all good.
