Day 2-August 13-Hams/Calves
Supplements:
M1,4ADD-30 mg over 4 doses- 730am, 1130am, 330pm, 7pm
400mg SAMe-upon waking
Controlled Labs Orange Triad, 4g Fish Oil, 1.1g Hawthorne Berry-After Breakfast, another serving of Orange Triad after lunch

Thoughts-
Wasn't feelin as squirrely as normal on deadlift, so I stayed at 405 today. I've been doin alot of hamstring stuff other than regular deadlifts for the last few weeks, so my numbers went down a bit as a result.
Not feeling anything yet, I've upper my water intake to about 1.5-2gal a day, it really helps prevent sides for me it seems, so I'm getting in the habit before I have to. Welcome back getting up in the middle of the night to pee.

Yeah man, the 20lbs is noticable. I was just bustin' you on the shave and tan. 
I get the same effect from ATD. I usually recover fine with 50mg/day tapered down.
You'll LOVE Form!
BTW...Good idea with SAMe on cycle. I like to run this with my methyl cycles too. Try to dose about 4 hours away from PH...Doc's recommendation.

I was taking the SAMe first thing in the am because it says on an empty stomach...would you reccomend taking it with Cycle Assist right before bed with my bedtime shake?
What do you think of my overall dosing schedule?

LOL...Fat!?...Dude those pics make me want to schedule a liposuction
SAMe first thing in the AM is perfect. I would take the 4 caps of Cycle Assist with it (if there is no stomach discomfort). I'm a firm believer in the 4 hour rule, so try your best to space the SAMe/Cycle Assist 4 hours away from your PH dose.
I personally wouldn't dose another 4 caps at night. As long as your taking 400mg of SAMe, just stick with the 4caps of CA in the morning. If you drop the SAMe, take 8/day.

Haha, I was talking more about the pics from this morning, it's hard to look at show day pics and then those, but oh well, progress isn't made staying ripped.
How would you dose 4 caps of M1,4add, 1 tab SAMe and a serving or two of cycle assist? I have how I've been doing it in my daily post, but I'm curious to how you would do it and certainly open to ideas.

Keep the ATD at 50, and just aim to keep the dose up for an extra week, i.e. if you were going to drop to 25 in wk 4, keep it at 50, then taper down. I'd be sure to add in some ZMA for pct, it may help on cycle as well.

If I'm running Liver supps on cycle I do it this way (if popping 4 caps/day)...
Dose the Liver Supp first thing in the AM (usually 5:30AM), then dose AROUND this time frame: 9:30/12:00/2:00/4:30(I workout at 5pm).
I have also double dosed(2caps) FIRST dosing and PREWO dosing as well(cycle dependent).
I CAN NOT do this with Trens.

Arms were almost painfully pumped today. I'm starting to get some of the ramped up glycogen synthesis, because my blood sugar bottomed out a bit after my workout today. Also I think the pump I got today was part of that as well. Appetite is going up as well.
