Sorry it took so long to get back to you guys.. I have good news though. I still ran the product but I had to leave country for nearly a month or whatever it was. I am in the military and I had a no notice. I will post my logs and notes from when I was gone, as the workouts are mainly from fitrex.com and I have notes in my book. I will post a compIete review. I apologize for any inconvienence.
