Thoughts:
The taste is pretty good to be honest! An impressive little cherry flavor and I did enjoy a pick me up with the yohimbe. I am feeling a little anxiety at the moment, but thats common with yohimbe in some people.

Ran 1.5 miles today

Im doing the Anabolic Diet right now, so lets see how that plays too.

Yeah, flavor is great! Better than what I expected.

Wow! I ran a 3K today and felt great. This stuff is wonderful for cardio...no negatives so far.
