was feeling lot better yesterday.had a good back workout.dips,pullups,lawnmowers,bent over rows,bdehind neck pulldowns.pretty good workout coming offf being sick.energy support is still good.i like the smooth energy and not being all jittery.

had grueling leg day.made it through.deads,squats,leg press,quad ext.burnt.have torn cartilidge in my knee and it said no more after the extensions.its a small tear and ortho wont scope it until its bigger.been this way for a year now,no biggie.some days a fine and others not so much.the beauity of getting old

been this way for a year.i listen to my body well and today it said no more.some days i wont even remember its hurt because its not a constant pain.i also have a bad back and a chiropracter once told me never to lift over ten poundsmy back hurts a lot more when i dont excercise it.also,the ortho said the cartilidge tear will never heal because of the area its in the knee,there is vertually no blood flow.i try not to overdo it,but with type of injury it will only get worse until it gets big enough to scope.he did perscribe me physical therapy

felt really strong for back workout yesterday.endurance was really good.probably did too much volume cause i can barely move today.the mild cut is going well and my wieght today is 175.4lbs.

well its been a tuff weekend.best friends mother died and had a funeral today.not feeling well but not sick,just not interested in working out.so with that being said,i will post my review.
ending wieght(174lbs)

energy 7/10
it is very good if youre looking for something mild.if you want to be all cracked out,this is not for you.

mood 8/10
like this for quick early morning wakeup.

overall;
this definitely helped me get more work and workouts done.at first did not like the taste,but as time went on began looking forward to it.dig the utt thing,seems to hit very quick.made progress in the stomache area and i do look leaner.i will try to get pics up when i can.

i want to thank oak and lg sciences for letting me log this.i will buy in the future.
