Day 1 (September 22) (Power Lower)

DOMs Guideline:
3 - Major DOMs (This is where my DOMs are the worst. It hurts to do everyday activity with this type of DOMs. Normally takes 3-5 days to fully recover.)

2 - Mild DOMs (This is where my DOMs are in the middle of the two. It is not as bad as #3 where it hurts but it is not as good as #1 where i can barely feel it. Normally takes 2-3 days to fully recover.)

1 - Minimal DOMs (This is where my DOMs are very little but it is still obvious meaning that I know it is still there but does not affect my day - to - day activity. Normally takes 1-2 days to fully recover.)

0 - No DOMs

DOMs Indicator:
Calves - 1
Hamstrings - 1
Front Delts - 1

Ease of Workout Guideline
1 - Piece of Cake (Lifts were easy; almost effortless)

2 - Easy (Lifts were easy but more effort was needed to complete.)

3 - Medium (Lifts require effort although minor.)

4 - Hard (Lifts require major effort.)

5 - Difficult (Lifts require most effort, drain of energy/strength by the end of the workout)

Thoughts:
First i want to comment on the capsules itself. They are extremely high quality. They feel very "structured" and strong. I know this may be weird but in the past, i have had some "unstable" capsules that felt like they would break apart if enough pressure is applied. The MA pills are the opposite of that and i can also comment on the HT-8 capsules as well. Also, they actually feel like they have stuff in it. Another aspect that i have seen in OTHER capsules are that they are very light and literally feel like its full of sugar. MA is very heavy when compared to other capsules. This is not an indication of if the capsules work or not; simply an observation. Top notch.

Now the workout. I realize this is my first day of it and it may be a placebo effect but this was literally one of the easiest sessions i have had with this day (lower power). Normally, i would rate this workout session a 5 each time, even with Activate Extreme but not this time. Everything just felt easier or "functional". What i mean is that i had little struggle when compared to past sessions of this workout. I believe this can be contributed to the pre-workout dosage i took today. I know people will be skeptical of this and calling me a liar (I know i would) but this is the 100% truth.....or in misc linguistics...(serious).

Can't wait to see what the next 29 days will bring!

Thoughts:
I was surprised at how fast my DOMs disappear after a day especially on my legs/lower back. Other than that, haven't noticed anything from MA so far.
