UPDATE 3
Im def starting to cut down and im not even doing any cardio :D. My strength is still the same and actually up a bit. My actual weight has to be down but im not concerned about it because i want to look good i dont care about the weight right now. Had legs yesterday, but pulled and all nighter so i was super tired but i still squatted some heavy weight. Here is da workout:
LEGS:
Squats:
135x10, 135x10, 225x10, 315x10, 405x3...ass to grass no half reps! 225x15
Leg Press:
I just maxed out the first row of plates...soo like 9 on a side or something and i just repped that out for 4 sets of 10
Leg curls:
4 sets of 12 heavy weight
Calves
That was it i was dead, legit great leg day....esp for only like 6 hours of sleep the past two nights, combined
