MASS ADDICTION DAY 8



Lately I have been dosing Mass Addiction:

1 before breakfast
1 before lunch
2 pre workout

Thoughts :
I still think the Mass Addiction is getting saturated but here are something things I have noticed are muscle hardness, appetite and leanness. I appear to be getting a bit leaner...my roomate even commented on it. I have reduced calories by a margin but I never seem to be able to get full. Today while in the gym I got a bit light headed...i think due to the fact that I might not have gotten enough carbs. Will try to avoid that later on. Stay Tuned! probably will weigh myself soon and report back on weight.

sorry to thread jack but ive been following ur log and just wondering how much banaba is actually in mass addiction because im wondering how many carbs it can handle as a GDA

MASS ADDICTION DAY 9&10



Lately I have been dosing Mass Addiction:

1 before breakfast
1 before lunch
2 pre workout

Thoughts: Things are beginning to feel lighter until i work up to my last set and then the weight feels about the same. Worked my chest and everything up to 265 felt really good, i anticipate hitting 265 for 5 by the end of this...fingers crossed! Havent really noticed any acne, libido has been up a bit. Appetite has remained relatively the same. The mirror seems to think I am leaning out but i weighed myself and I am up 2-3 lbs. This was the case both days.

right now i have somewhat cut my calories and am trying to get in high protein with a moderate carb intake.

Lately I have been dosing Mass Addiction:

1 before breakfast
1 before lunch
2 pre workout

Thoughts: Today was kind of a cruddy workout. Felt weak. I think its because Wednesdays are my busy days and I was literally going nonstop from about 9-6:30 and my eating patterns were off. Noticeable effects from Mass Addiction...Increased Appetite and I look a little leaner. Still have about half a bottle to go! Its been really sucky not having a computer lately. I get kind of bored around my apartment haha. I apologize for the lack of updates. Hopefully fingers crossed I will be buying a computer on Black Friday...provided that there are good deals :D.
