MASS ADDICTION DAY 1

Starting Mass Addiction in my PCT. This is about 1 1/2 weeks into my PCT of Nolva. I will be dosing it 4 times a day. Either spread evenly or I may try 1 in the morning two before workout and one at night.

Today is my first day on Mass Addiction....I am without a computer right now so I will be updating from computer labs around campus and or the library. I will update this later in the day.

Today I took my Mass Addiction this way.

1 before breakfast
1 before lunch
1 before workout
1 before supper

All of the meals were high carb/protein meals.

I weighed in today at 205. Gonna try to get some BF measurements done sometime.
IT SUCKS NOT HAVING A COMPUTER!

Thoughts on workout:
My workout went pretty well, i had an awesome pump and my muscles felt really hard. Chances are probably not from the MA since it was my first day...but nevertheless interesting. Perhaps it is the MA?

Today I dosed Mass Addiction the same as the previous day.
1 before breakfast
1 before lunch
1 before workout
1 before supper.

Thoughts

My workout was good, mainly just did a lot of high volume to shock my muscles since I did not have a spot yesterday. Needless to say, I am pretty sore today which I love the feeling of. So far I am just waiting for MA to get saturated and then its time to tear it up! Been feeling pretty solid lately.
