Thursday a source close to mike vick said he would not plead guilty to illegal gambling or to killing the dogs.

Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick will not admit to killing dogs or gambling on dog fights, as detailed in his indictment, when he enters a guilty plea in a Richmond, Va., federal court Monday, a source close to the case has told ESPN. Instead, the one count of conspiracy that Vick will plead to will admit guilt to the charge of interstate commerce for the purpose of dogfighting.

He's guilt of it all but he only wants the conspiricy charge and I don't think that will fly with the judge so he will get his plea denied if that is the case.

Michael Vick filed his plea agreement in federal court Friday admitting to conspiracy in a dogfighting ring and helping kill pit bulls. He denied ever betting on the fights, only bankrolling them.
The Atlanta Falcons quarterback is scheduled to formally enter his plea Monday in U.S. District Court. He signed the plea agreement Thursday.

I thought he said he also helped in the SLAYING of the dogs also. He's worthless, any team that picks him up in the future is worthless as well. Some are backing vick, as teammates, saying we all make mistakes...

These things are getting overlooked and overlooked too often.

There are a few other incidents, where it was a basic apology, short term jail time, and done, its bullsh!t....
Your celebrity/superstar status should not overshadow you as a person when it comes to sentencing, a man or woman's social status should not constitute a sentence that is any less than any other "joe"
He throws touchdowns, she stars in movies, why give special treatment, when these ppl are the ones that are doing it again and again.
Celebrities are using rehab facilities as getaway places, and this has gone a little off topic with this, but still, we are creating superhuman's with all of this nonsense, damn near untouchables, it's bullsh!t, everyone can be bought, the price is the difference...
