Still don't have a clue why this is happening. I think it has something to do with all the modifications to the vbulletin code we have made:

iTrader
Flash Chat
Passive Video (ability to post you tube and other videos)
Image Resize

Just to name a few. This weekend I am going to try to find time to disable them all and see if things work better. If they the problems are fixed by that, not sure what action will be taken. It might be either

1) Have the extra modifications and have log-in issues

2) Have basic vbulletin with no log-in issues

Hopefully that isnt what it comes down to, but it seems like it might.
