Default Muscle Milk good post workout??

I have been using Muscle Milk as my post work out. I am wondering if that kind of slow burning protein is enough or do I need to suck it up and drink the whey protein?? I am 6'2'' 178 pounds (185+ with food and water in system) dry and not fed with about 9% body fat.
