at first I mixed a packet of orange and wanted to see what it taste like as orange is my least favorite flavor .It was not bad at all . I drank it down hit the weights with great results . I did my arms with ease . I hit legs to did real well . I would say that it def works. as of now

Subb'd. I just recently received a ton of samples of this stuff and a free tee after making an inquiry about this product. Tried one of the samples (fruit punch). Here is a post I made on another board on why I am somewhat skeptical of the product:

1. The proprietary blend is only 2260mg's. Based on studies it would seem somewhere between 2-4g's of Beta Alanine is needed for optimal performance benefits. Assuming there is 2g's of BA in the product then it leads me to...

2. Phosphatidylserine. 800mg's is the effective dosage based on the above studies. Again not really room in the proprietary blend for this and BA. Not to mention the other actives in the supp.

Nonetheless I am more than likely going to give this supp a fair run and maybe even log it.

Thats probably a good idea to achieve optimal dosing based on the ingredient profile.

So far I think that the punch flavor is my favorite flavor so far . I don't mind the other flavors at all .

Funny thing is as a kid I never liked any orange flavored drinks not even McDonald's orange drink
and that's why I chose to try that flavor first . To my surprise I didn't mind it at all and will keep on drinking the orange flavor .

the Fruit flavor had this flavor that I had recognized and wasn't quite sure of what it was but after a while I figured it out it was Juicy Fruit like the Gum not quite the same but dam close .

So far all my lifts have been going real good and reps are all up as high as 8-10 extra reps with the same weight as I usually use .

So as of Yesterday I am beginning to become a fan of this NEWORDER product !!!!

Any decrease/increase in DOMS? The PS in the product has a study showing decreases in muscle soreness....which was what attracted myself to the product.
