Default PP / Trenadrol cycle

Ok well, decided to go ahead with a log. Assume 2-3 updates per week.
Previously discussed, but to recap:

PP 30/30/30/30 (Generic Labz P-max)
Trenadrol 60/90-120/90-120/90-120

Accessory Supps:
Others (all twice a day unless stated): SAMe, HB, Liver longer; 600mg NAC, 6-10g Fish oil, 500mg Sesamin TID, ACES, B-vits, 200mg IC3, ZMA, Nispan (PM), Blue Print (4 in AM), Clout, Body octane (will keep using clout/BO until gone at which time will switch back to standard BA tabs by NP and Bulk Tricreatine malate)

Proteins (cytosport kick right now - I know *sigh*): Muscle milk collegiate, EvoPro, and occasionally their pudding.

PCT: Activate Xtreme, Alpha Drive, AX PCT (original formula), Retain (AX original - I like it better), and maybe Blue Up (have a few bottles).

Default Workout

Workout based on alternating steady weight and ramping says working up to 105% Max in a few weeks and then resetting and repeating....Basically the Star 5 x 5. I need to take some time (and quit posting here) and actually calculate out all my lifts for the next few weeks....maybe over the weekend....I am guessing what jumps to make in weight week to week atm - very uncool and not well planned - just pretty damn busy. Less posting, more planning.

Mon and Friday:
Squats
Incline (will eventually switch back to flat)
Chins
Rear lateral raises
Skull Crushers
Barbell Curls
Donkey (occ standing) Claf raises
Hanging leg raise

Wed:
Light squats
Dead lifts
Upright rows
Lateral raises
Donkey (occ standing) Claf raises
Hanging leg raise

Laying off doing Bent over rows while ON just to avoid additional low back pain. Have had no bad issues with back pumps yet, but past experience has been debilitating.

Default Day 15

Had to take a 2 day holiday from PHs - went on trip - otherwise things progressing well.

Last workout (Wednesday):
Light squats - skipped
Dead lifts - 445 x 4 (slipped on 5th pull - lost grip - not using straps)
Upright rows 225 x 5
Lateral raises 45 x 5, 25 x 10 (2 dif ramps with different execution)
Standing CR
Hanging leg raise

Weight: Will weigh later tonight.
Sides: Slight back pumps. Back feels tight when doing mundane things like dishes if I stand too. Not a bid deal yet, not forcing me to lay on ground 2-3 x day like SD pumps do.

Overall, happy with how things are progressing. Making visual changes and some increase in strength (perceived ?). I am considering upping dose of Trenadrol and PP....maybe 90 and 45mg? Thoughts?
