Universal Animal Pump Review

Just a quick review of Universal's Animal Pump. I have a ton of samples from many companies laying around so I thought I might post some reviews of 'em. Today I tried out Animal Pump before the gym.

Pro's:

-Convenient Pills, I actually like taking pills better than drinking powder
-Actually a pretty good pump/muscle hardness during the workout.
-Some nice energy for a bit

Con's:

-Lots of pills, 9 total
-Contains caffeine (estrogenic, dependance, withdrawal, stims inhibit hypertrophy, etc).
-Insulinmimetics (why the hell are we lowering blood sugar before the workout which ALREADY lowers blood sugar).
-Antioxidants impede recovery / muscle growth around the workout
-Arginine blunts growth hormone release when taken pre-exercise
-Amount of taurine is too small to do shit.
-Really the only thing I like about the product is the creatine, lol.
-About midway peri-workout, I felt a bit jittery/shaky, damn product has 500mg of 'energy rush' complex
-Vitamin C / selenium anti-oxidant property impedes recovery

finished the whole product a while back and wasn't satisfied with it. Good review, my pumps were mediocre definitely no energy boost. 1.5/5 for me.
