Lean Bulk 6 week stack M-drol/Mega-Tren/Form

Today I have started my cycle I will be doing this log at my own will . I have thought this out for a while now and have talked to a few people for advise and to obtain knowledge in some areas I lack in. I will be doing a Tren/M-drol/Form cycle for 6 weeks laid out as such.

PH's:

• M-Tren 4mg days 1-42
• M-drol 10mg days 18-21
• M-drol 20mg days 21-42
• Form will be added as needed and does will be mild and will bridge into PCT

Stats:

• Age 34
• Height 5 ' 9"
• Weight 178.5lbs
• BF% 10.25

Goals :

To add lean mass around 6-10 lbs
maintain BF% or drop %


Diet:

I will be eating clean and strict NO junk food
I will be eating more carbs in weeks 3-6 as M-drol likes carbs.


Carbs sources:

• Sweet potatoes
• Oats
• Grits
• Whole grain pasta
• Peanut Butter (natti)
• WMS
• etc.

Protein:

• Mostly whole foods like
• Chicken
• Lean beef
• Tuna
• & TrueProtein Micro filtered whey
• etc.

All supporting sups are in line as usual
and PCT is planned out
