hey guys alright my supps came in from discount anabolic on tuesday, i'm hell glad everything made it through customs, a lot of people said it might not. this stack will be for the next 11 weeks as by the guide on the ALRI website.i dont think many people have tried this stack with the addition of a/p and p-slin so should give interesting results. i am only easing back into training this week after a shoulder a/c injury which has put me out about 7 weeks and i have lost some muscle . i will start adding my training log as well as results next week. my only goal is to put on some decent size and gain as much lean muscle mass as possible and maybe lower BF

very clean and strict diet no junk foods or snacking, lots of wholemeal breads, muesli bars, oats, bananas, potatoes, cooked vegies for carbs and lots of lean protein with every meal and eat 6x day. if there's anything i've missed or should really include let us know. feedback and suggestions are more than welcome

Damn bro, thats gonna be one hell of a stack. If your diet is in check like it sounds like, you should make some hella good gains. You going to run a log on this? I would be interested to see how it goes. Hope all is well with the shoulder. Good luck!

yeah was gonna log it sampson am i in the right section to do a log. whats the main things to put down ie just training log or diet or measurements?? i haven't done one before so just asking before i do something dumb haha

Yes sir your in the right section. As for the log goes, the more detailed the better. I personally would love to see a very deatiled log because of the complete stack you are running. Daily diet, lifting results, and body stats on a weekly basis maybe. Cant wait to follow this one. Good luck with your shoulder bro.

alright day 1 of log so far i would say super cissus is doing a great job been using two weeks and has helped with my shoulder a lot. i have been on this stack for a few days now but am only just starting log due to not quite being able to train properly last week and getting my diet in check but its all go now and going great heres my starting stats and food intake and training for the day. any suggestions especially on diet are welcome as its always been my weakest point and stopped decent gains in the past so im trying as hard as i can this time, alright
