Well, just finished my first workout. I only took ONE cap before my pre-workout meal, and my stomach didnt get upset at all. I had a pretty good workout really.

1 set of 9 - failed my goal of ten
Skullcrushers
2 sets of 10
1 set of 7 - failed my goal of 10
Incline Barbell Bench
2 sets of 10
1 set of 5 - failed again on my way to 10
Overhead Tricep Extensions w/ Rope
2 sets of 10
1 set of 8 - yup I failed
Cable Flies
2 sets of 10
1 set of 7 - take a lucky guess
Weighted Dips + Bodyweight Dips
1 set of 12 + 3
1 set of 9 + 0
1 set of 7 + 1
NO CARDIO WAS DONE TODAY, AND HOPEFULLY IT WILL STAY THAT WAY!
Today's Diet - As of 8:30 P.M. CST - Still plan on eating one more meal
Breakfast - 9:15 A.M. - 2 hard boiled eggs + 1 banana
259 calories, 11g fat, 30g carbs, 13g protein
Afternoon Snack - 12:15 P.M. - One Starkist Tuna Lunch 2 Go - Consists of one 3 oz can of tuna / 6 crackers / 1 Tbsp of Reduced Calorie Mayo
190 Calories, 4g Fat, 20g Carbs, 20g Protein
Pre-Workout Meal - 3:30 P.M. - 2 Pork Loin Chops
210 Calories, 9g Fat, 0g Carbs, 32g Protein

Post-Workout - 8:00 P.M. - 9.2oz Lean Steak
490 Calories, 13g Fat, 0g Carbs, 86g Protein
THAT IS ALL THAT I HATE ATE TODAY, BELOW IS WHAT I PLAN ON EATING STILL:
Night Time Meal - 11:00 - 1 can of Tuna w/ Light Miracle Whip + 1 scoop Protein w/ Skim Milk
155 Calories, 5.5g Fat, 4g Carbs, 28g Protein
220 Calories, 0g Fat, 11g Carbs, 29g Protein - Shake
Totals
Calories - 1620
Fat - 41g - 24%
Carbs - 66 - 16%
Protein - 229g - 60%
I think I need some help with the diet. Haha, I need to be eating more than that. Atleast I didn't cheat though. Maintaining muscle mass is less of a concern for me than most. I want to loose some damn fat.

Sampson I'm looking for an article originally written by Trans_Isomer (TransX, that's not you right ), which was actually a good argument that cardio is really unnecessary for fat loss, when done correctly. I can't find the article right now though, and I haven't seen TI in over a year, I don't think. See what you can about the 3,5-T2, and we'll talk later about it?

Yeah, I do not anticipate it being an issue. I plan on not doing ANY cardio at all for the next month.

Great minds think alike. When I want to do cardio, I go for a bike ride... might as well enjoy what I do.

Woke up today at 187.6 lbs - as expected.
This is a much more realistic starting weight, so we will go from here. Goal = 170 lbs within the next 2 months. It's going to be tough, but gotta shoot for something right? My goal within the next month from liquabolix is to be between 178-180 lbs. No workout today, as I am going to start using Gixxer's proposed workout schedule. Biceps/Back tomorrow.
I will be posting diet late tonight.

Good goals bro. reall aggressive but like you said you got to start somewhere. With sticking to a strict diet and workouts like gix I dont think you will have much of a problem reaching your goals. Are you using more then one bottle of liquabolix or what? To me it looks like one bottle would only last you 15 days or so...

so whats the aim for the diet?
what bodytype have you been classified as...(i.e. how easily do you gain weight, and where?)
what foods don't you like?
do any activities limit the # of meals you can eat in a day (we need balance here, not have a -6hr span w/o food then cramming in a meal per hour, you'll need to be able to eat every 2-3hrs)?

Going to try to get another bottle of Liquabolix if I can. I only took two caps this morning instead of three and feel MUCH better than I did yesterday. I think I will stick with 2 AM + 2 Afternoon for this week, and then go up to 3 +3 next week.
