Damn, I got to figure out how to get more food. I am going to lose too much muscle at this rate. Liquabolix is straight up KILLING my appetite, which I love! Been operating VERY low carbs (atleast for my standards) and feel alright. I will be eating more carbs tomorrow as it is a workout day, but I will try to stay away from them on my off days.
I am a very picky eater, and my schedule is busy as hell. Not sure how I am going to fit in much more food, but need about 700-900 more calories a day somehow. I added an extra egg and a protein shake today during breakfast, but still came up with less calories today than I did yesterday.
As far as dosing goes, I stuck with 2 A.M. before breakfast, and 2 before my "Dinner." Hopefully I will be able to get to sleep alright tonight, because I forgot to take 2 caps before "mid-afternoon meal."
I will update further tomorrow, and I got biceps/back. I am interested to see how that is going to turn out with my lack of calories that last two days!

No idea how you eat that little, lol but I would keep the carbs low and you will be fine. If you not doing an all out CKD then I've always liked the typical nutrient timing strategy of a few carbs pre workout and a few pwo....then no carbs at any other time.
Get cut son.

Yeah, I have not read about CKD at all, so I have no clue really what that is. But I am trying to cut out all carbs unless for breakfast, preworkout, post workout. Its tough to get ZERO carbs however. Hopefully 30-40 on off days isn't too bad.
I swear though, I do not know how I eat this little either. I think this liquabolix stuff is legit, and I would be the first to knock a product if it was no good. My appetite is straight up GONE!

Sorry, never saw the questions.
Yeah I weight 187-188 most mornings. I want to lose 15lbs in 8-10 weeks.
Before this, my cal intake was probably around 3500-4000 and dirty as hell.

a write up on the CKD diet I just read says you need way more fat grams than you are consuming, that's where you would get your calories you need ......

hmmm more eggs and some bacon??
Not sure how much 2 oz of bacon is, but it would give me an additoinal:
250 Calories
Total Fat 19g
Total Carbohydrate 1g
Protein 17.5g
Would this be a good thing to eat in the morning? 3 hard boiled eggs and 2-3 oz of bacon?
