ok Morning PT session went something like this.....10 minutes stretch/ calistenics.... then 150 regular push ups, 50 wide arm push ups, 25 close hand pushups, 100 sand bags military press (approx. 50lbs) and somewhere around 30 sand bag curls..... nothing too exotic... oh then 2 mile run...

Flat BB Bench (still my weak excercise, bad shoulder and all)

mONDAY WAS BACK AND BICEPS..... pretty good work out, nothing too much to talk about..... strength is still growing and pump/ energy was up like always when i take the firece...... friday i have a Physical fitness test.... i will let you know how the firece helps me out.....

it will be two minutes of push ups...... back straight, all the way down to arms paralell with the ground and all thw way up to arms fully extended. two minutes of situps and normally a 2mile run...... i dont do the 2 mile run because of my lower back injury, i do a timed 2.5 mile walk........ 4.5 hour count down..............

well im home and i did the PT test this morning.....

fierece was just what the doctor ordered..... hella energy!!!!!!!

did pretty good on test..... 288 outa a possible 300 points...

did 73 pushups in 2 minutes
68 situps in 2 miutes
and walked the 2.5 miles in 31:15...... i'm happy with myself...... but 8 more situps and i woulda had a perfect score.... oh well next time... not bad for a old crusty 37yo............

OK, for anyone who might be following this.......

tommorrow i'm starting a new training layout, since i did so well on my Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) the other friday.... i will now be doing PT on my own (not organized) in the mornings. So what does that mean? well it means that Mon thru thrusday i will do Cardio in the Gym from 0530- until im done, and then i will start working on my abs (which i have neglected). Then after work @ 1700ish (5pm for all you non-Army guys) i will do my normal strength/mass work out.... i am going to change things up in that department again also.... I will be doing a 5/2 split, and it will look like this.... Mon-Back/ Tues-shoulders/ Wed-Chest/ Thrus-Arms/ and Fri-Legs..... the reason i will do legs on fridays is so i can still run, plus on Fridays i have to run with the Company (group run) usually 2-4 miles.
Let me know if there is anything to tweak this that ya'll see..... only thing set in stone is that Mon cant be Chest and Fri must be Legs....
