I would opt for cluster style training or something like the 1-6 principle.
Because that many reps isn't hypertrophy protocol...
I like the HSS-100 program by Christian Thibaudeau.
First set Heavy 4-5 sets 4-6 reps
Second is a super set Pre-exhaustion or post-exhaustion, or even both 3 sets 8-10
Third: special technique
Last 100 reps or a EQI
