Yeah i really had to curtail my hunger while on it. At 300mg u will see the cort blocking
effects and your mid-section will seem to melt away.

Thanks man. Im so damn tired.... hopefully monday will give me a good workout! Im really starting to see some results just sitting around doing the diet. Im sure adding cardio back into the equation will give some even better fat loss. Now that im back home I need to decide on a gym!

- Acne is increased on the back and shoulders.... not good.


WORKOUT
Superset: Seated Bent Bar Curls + Hammer Curls

Thoughts:
- I felt like a monster lifting the weight on seated curls so easily!! The PUMPS were great from the first superset!!!! Strenth was just tremendous.... I felt like lifting 145x5!!

BODY COMP:
- 1 hour of cardio in the A.M. empty stomach.... the body is responding quite nicely as I dont get tired or run out of energy. I'm hoping by the end of next week my abs will be showing more than just the top two.

- Good workout... little pissed. There was some FAT@SS on the squat rack NOT USING IT! LOL. Anyway, I felt beat after my 78 reps of pure HELL! I did 85 last time, but I didnt do anything else before that... so, I felt pretty good about that rep range. My legs were killer pump'd but I wasnt able to get a pic of them because I dont have a training partner. Teh LEG A DEADNESS.

BODY COMP:
- 1.15 hour of cardio in the A.M. without food.... No changes to note.

***NOTE***
- I've decided to do the NPC Missouri State comp instead of the Oklahoma. It's 11 weeks away. I've found a trainer that will help me with my posing and training to get me there. EXCITED!!!

As of yesterday I've upped the 11-Test to 400mg... wow, I'm experiencing elevated mood, increased hardness, and deeper sleep. I think this is a very effective dose range for me.
