Thoughts:
- WOW!!!! My triceps and chest were PUMP'd as hell!!! I had great energy and strength was normal. ANIMAL PUMP has been working ever since I started last week.... never fails to deliver pumps. I cannot say anything about the 11-TEST as of yet, but we'll see how the week pans out.
- I ended my workout with some mandatory poses and I started to have a huge vein PUMP out of my left bicep during my side tricep pose...... very impressed with ANIMAL PUMP and ANIMAL TEST.
BODY COMP:
- My BF% goes down day by day.... I'm loving the diet and the supplement regimen thus far. I've cut cardio off for the rest of the week so I can study for finals.
