ANIMALITY
Preparing for: NPC Oklahoma and Central Classic, June 14
.
I will be cutting using the Dave Palumbo diet and various supplements to retain muscle and get as lean as possible for the competition.

Diet:
- Consists of 6-7 meals throughout the day. No carbs until every 6th day, where I'll be allowed ~100g of complex carbs. I'll be consuming lots of macadamia nuts, and cashews as they are part of the diet. Protein will come mostly from chicken, ground turkey, steak, and tuna.

Results so far:
- I've been taking ANIMAL TEST for 20 days and ANIMAL PUMP for the last week to add some intensity in the gym. 11-Test was started on saturday the 26th at 100mg. I will up the dosage to 200mg on monday.
- I've dropped around 23Lbs as of today keeping my cardio to 30-45min 2x a day. I keep my heart rate under 120bpm to save muscle while no carbs are present in my system.
- Muscle has stayed at the same level before cut, now only more defined.
- Strength is somewhat the same, I'm only weaker some days because of finals and the stress and exhausted feeling that comes with it.

PCT:
- Will be a light, and will use Formestane (only) for 3-4 weeks. Dosages will be somewhere around 75-100mg 3x a day. I may even reduce the dosages if need be due to the extreme mildness of the compound and the dosages being used.

11-Test cycle:
Day 1-2
-- 100mg
Days 3-7
-- 200mg
Week 2 and 3
-- 300mg
week 4-5
-- 350mg
week 6
-- 400mg

Thoughts:
- WOW!!!! My triceps and chest were PUMP'd as hell!!! I had great energy and strength was normal. ANIMAL PUMP has been working ever since I started last week.... never fails to deliver pumps. I cannot say anything about the 11-TEST as of yet, but we'll see how the week pans out.
- I ended my workout with some mandatory poses and I started to have a huge vein PUMP out of my left bicep during my side tricep pose...... very impressed with ANIMAL PUMP and ANIMAL TEST.

BODY COMP:
- My BF% goes down day by day.... I'm loving the diet and the supplement regimen thus far. I've cut cardio off for the rest of the week so I can study for finals.

Thoughts:
- Well, I forgot that my gym closes at 9:00 during FINALS!!!!! So, I was only able to hit the bi's for 10min.... figured I would hit em again on friday. I was impressed with the PUMP and strength I had for that short period of time, FLYING through the weights like a madman! I'm loving the ANIMAL PUMP.. .cant say enough good things about it.

BODY COMP:
- My arms, delts and chest are really coming along very nicely. I'm seeing good improvements in the abdominal area too. I wish I could see tha bottom pairs already.

I competed in a teen devision when I was 19. I didnt know what the hell I was doing, but I have a better idea of where I should be and how to accomplish it this time, Any advice pertaining the contest would be greatly appreciated.

No carbs pre-workout.....OHHH how I miss having carbs pre-workout. I only have ANIMAL TEST 1.5hour before + ANIMAL PUMP 30min before.
