I had 2 bottles of Epi that I was going to run, but I wanted to cut. I had a bottle of Prop and Fur that I was going to run with Hdrol...long story short - poor planning on my part.

I didn't want to run 2 methyls so HDrol was out for this stack and I only had enough for the whole cycle if I used both Prop and Fur. Phew!

Yes, I would have run just 2 compounds throughout. I am starting to like Epi at 40 and Prop and 120. This is going to be a good week

I ran a cycle of 1-TU several years ago, but my diet and training was crap.

I ran a cycle of pre-ban 1-AD about 8 months ago and gained about 10 or 12 lbs, lost some due to poor diet and new job.

Well, I this can be expected from a newb to bodybuilding. Everybody knows how important sleep is, which is why you have some many sleep aids. But the body repairs itself during rest ie sleep.

got any studies to back that up ? I know the the sleep is necessary for CNS rejuvenation, and for many other functions, but I still find it rather hard to believe that you think that you grow more in muscle cell size during that 8 hours with minimal nutrition than you do during the other 16 hours with maximal nutrition. that doesn't reduce the need for the sleep as a part of it, but I doubt strongly that more cellular growth occurs in that 1/3 of the day.

Well, the fact that you have only been lifting weights for what maybe a year, and you hurt yourself doing lateral raises say much about your knowledge concerning muscle growth and lifting, and your massive size says a lot as well, but I digress...

I will back up common knowledge that you lack.

Hello Folks...

OK last week I finished up the propadrol and introduced furazadrol. This week is epidrol and furazadrol only.

Honestly, I am not all that impressed with this cycle, Last week I was at ~ 2000kcal. I think that trying to make this a low cal cut was a mistake. Strength is not up and I don't feel like tearing up the gym when I'm there.

I have had some success with cutting fat, but not what I was expecting taking relatively high doses of multiple compounds. I have attached my latest measurements. The most pronounced is the waist where I have lost 1" since the beginning.

Any ideas?

i've always been dissapointed with my cutting cycles in the past. i now only use cycles for bulking.
