Honestly, I am not all that impressed with this cycle, Last week I was at ~ 2000kcal. I think that trying to make this a low cal cut was a mistake. Strength is not up and I don't feel like tearing up the gym when I'm there.

I have had some success with cutting fat, but not what I was expecting taking relatively high doses of multiple compounds. I have attached my latest measurements. The most pronounced is the waist where I have lost 1" since the beginning.

Any ideas?
For the fat loss part, cut out all these crappy carbs (From your Fitday):

Granola Bar - Kashi Peanut Butter ( 1 serving ) 140 5 19 7
Lay's Light BBQ Chips ( 1 oz ) 75 0 17 2
Italian Ice - Sugar Free ( 1 serving ) 60 0 15 0
South Beach Cereal Bar - Maple Nut ( 2 serving ) 280 10 30 20

Strength has more or less maintained for me. Not setting any PR's, but more or less maintaining. I do need some stims for extra motivation though.

Nonetheless, hang in there. Just try to get in clean carbs and stay away from all that processed crap.

The Kashi bars are actually pretty good high quality carbs.

OK, the chips and italian ice...not so much

Supersetting antagonist groups 10 to 12 reps. For example today was Chest and Bi. Then I did 10 mins of HIIT. My workouts are pretty intense and keep the HR racing.

Mine hasn't been as dramatic as I was expecting, either.
But the benefits have been:
1) pretty effortless muscle maintenance and maybe a little growth. My cut last year without anabolics I felt like I wasted away a lot of muscle.
2) mood has been pretty good. Again, my previous cut made me not such a great person to be around.

I agree and relate with XJ:
1) Those foods above don't belong in your diet right now.
2) My strength hasn't gone up, but rather maintained. I do have brief moments when I feel strong and I can just go for it, so I take those when they come.
