it does seem pretty difficult to go over 3k clean. I have a very hard time with it, but thats because i hate eating that much in oats, and wild rice takes so long to prepare and I dont think that far in advance about meals

DEFINITELY clean...I've worked too hard these past several weeks. I'll just double up on some of the things I eat, i.e. cottage cheese and yogurt, eggs, almonds etc.

Easy to add calories by mixing in some nuts and some Olive oil in a shake, etc...

Default Final Results on "Cut"

OK, this ended up being much more of a recomp than a cut. As BP mentioned before, 5 to 6 weeks is not enough for a true cut. With that said, I am leaner than I have ever been and I will count this a success, although not what I expected. The final measurements are attached. Bottom line:
  1. 15% Drop in BF%
  2. Lost 3 lbs of Fat
  3. Gained 2.3 lbs of muscle
  4. Was able to hit just under 10% BF at 9.74%

Here are the final numbers for the cut/recomp.

Now, I will be finishing off the Epi at 50mg per day. I will up my cals to about 3K clean as possible. Additionally, will cut out supersets and will only do cardio 2x a week. Hopefully, I can add a few lbs of lbm.

I will add pics shortly.
