OK, this ended up being much more of a recomp than a cut. As BP mentioned before, 5 to 6 weeks is not enough for a true cut. With that said, I am leaner than I have ever been and I will count this a success, although not what I expected. The final measurements are attached. Bottom line:
- 15% Drop in BF%
- Lost 3 lbs of Fat
- Gained 2.3 lbs of muscle
- Was able to hit just under 10% BF at 9.74%
Here are the final numbers for the cut/recomp.
Now, I will be finishing off the Epi at 50mg per day. I will up my cals to about 3K clean as possible. Additionally, will cut out supersets and will only do cardio 2x a week. Hopefully, I can add a few lbs of lbm.
